Would You Support This Compromise? Yes or No? Why or Why Not?

Very nice but Congress works like business, making deals. And just to pass a measure the other party wants is not negotiating and there are more underlying issues than those two that are being used as leverage. Every bill has dozens of other items in it that are put in to get agreement on the major thrust of the legislation.
