Is it bad that my girl friend frequently ask GUYS to rate her?

Hi, I've been going out with my girl friend for almost 1 year and a half but she frequently asks guys to rate her on facebook and such. I get upset and ask her for the logic behind this and she says "to show the girls who the boss is." and i just sigh and dont want to argue a lot about it. oh and she's asked a guy to tell her if she looks good in pictures. Um i dont know but it really bothers me because i dont think any other guy's view matters just mine. and i think that she asks guys to rate her not so much for the girls but so that guys can tell her that shes pretty and to show off to the less pretty girls. I think its bad but i may be wrong.
