Which of these bulbs would disperse more light?

not a lot in it - shame the suppliers do not list current drain, as you could then work ouththe wattage - the 6 LED version will have better reliability, simply because it has 6 elements instead of 4 - just remember these babies get HOT - tho not as hot as regular bulbs.
