Culturally speaking.. where are the origins of blacks?

DNA has shown that blacks DO NOT have neanderthal DNA unlike whites and asians who have a lot of neanderthal DNA as well as other races. Why is this? to remind you neanderthals are the so called humans who evolved from apes.
