Conservatives, did you know that all humans are genetically 99.9% the same regardless of race or family ties?

When exactly did they finish sequencing the genes for all humans? (In fact, to date not a single individual has had their entire genome sequenced, the Human Genome project represents the sequencing of genes from thousands of donors)
