If God created apes and dinosaurs and caused the big bang to start the whole thing off then why shouldn't?

gay bishops be given the right to be openly gay and enjoy what God made them to be,...if they are wrong in the eyes of God surely he or she will smite them down and they will burn in eternity in the fires of hell or something.
