Cant stand my annoying brother! help!?

my brother is usually nice to me but sometimes he gets really annoying. he just bursts into my room asking for the laptop when I am doing my homework on it then he starts arguing for no reason by bringing up a random topic. and yeah i have tried ignoring him but nope he decides to annoy me even more.
